When Metroalty Showing Desk receive a showing call, the caller's information and license status is verified through the realtor database system and Metroalty server connected to the department of business and administration (DBPR) Database.

No showing instruction can be given without a complete caller verification.

Metroalty Showing Desk verify the following information for each caller:

- Caller name

- Caller phone number

- Caller email address

- Caller license number and status

- Caller brokerage name

- Caller phone number
