new transaction, enter transaction
information and upload contracts and addendums.

available anytime to protect brokers against

review. When a broker review is requested, broker
will get notified by email and will be able to
review all transaction documents from anywhere on
the globe, post comments, accept , reject , or

system create a correspondence panel for each
transaction for communication between agent and
broker, in a single transaction.
All communication
in a correspondence panel is reflected to agents
and broker email and notification panel to insure
a documented, effective communication system. |

| All
dates extracted by the system, closing dates,
mortgage and inspection contingencies dates, and
HOA approvals, will appear on the agent's
transaction calendar. The calendar will send a
reminder email to the agents before each event to
insure that the agent is aware of all
contingencies dates in order to protect buyers and
sellers. |
